How fresh are they?
We bake on the morning your box is posted or collected, never before. They're best within 5 days of arriving and freeze well for a month.
Will it really fit through my letterbox?
Yes. The Letterbox Six is 2.5 cm deep, the Royal Mail Large Letter limit, so it slides through a standard letterbox.
Can I collect instead?
Book a Friday 4–7pm or Saturday 10am–1pm slot when you order. We'll email the collection point, your time and a four-digit code.
Why only 7 days ahead?
Everything is baked to order from a menu that changes monthly, so we keep the order book short. Every box is fresh and nothing is wasted.
I have an allergy. What should I know?
Each flavour lists its allergens here and on its bag sticker. Everything is made in one kitchen, so we can't promise any cookie is free from traces of other allergens.
Can I send a box as a gift?
Of course. Add their address and a note for us to handwrite. Prices never go in the box.
