Ordering
Choose a box and a day between 2 and 7 days ahead. We bake every box on the morning of the day you pick. Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a receipt by email.
Delivery
- We post Monday to Wednesday by Royal Mail, so your box never sits in a depot over the weekend. It usually arrives the next working day.
- The Letterbox Six is 2.5 cm deep and fits a standard letterbox. The Dozen is a small parcel and may need someone in or a safe place.
- We deliver to UK addresses only.
Collection
Collection is on Fridays 4–7pm and Saturdays 10am–1pm, in one-hour slots. After you book we email the collection point, your time and a four-digit code. Please collect within your slot.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Because our cookies are fresh food baked to order, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply to them. We still want you to be happy:
- To change or cancel, email us at least 2 days before your bake day and we’ll refund you in full.
- If your box arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email us within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll put it right.
Allergens
Each flavour lists its allergens on the shop page and on the sticker on its bag. Everything is baked in one kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, oats and other allergens, so we can’t promise any cookie is free from traces. If you have an allergy, please email us before ordering.
Your data
- We collect your name, email, delivery address and order details so we can bake and deliver your order.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- If you join The Monthly Post waitlist, we use your email only to tell you when it opens.
- We don’t sell your details or use advertising trackers. The site remembers your box in your browser while you pay, and Stripe uses cookies on its payment page.
- We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts. To see, correct or delete your details, email us.
